HR & GA Supervisor
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Maintain manpower planning and employee productivity
- Doing administration process in Personnel Department
- Conducting planning, mentoring and reporting of HR activities consist of recruitment, safety and training
- Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all position
Requirement:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Have experience minimum 3 years as HR Generalist or HR Analyst (Preferably having experiences in pharmaceutical industry)
- Have a good knowledge about Employee Management, Personnel Management, Compensation & Benefit Analysis
- Able to work independent & team work
- Able to develop, manage, coordinate and administrator multiple of human resource programs & activities and office administrator
- Good customer service, communicative, strong analyst, willing to learn, strong drive for result and good building relationship
